As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing and tenancy agreement administration.

For professional tenancies/properties

£300 for one tenant (may apply to student properties)

£50 for each additional tenant (if applicable)

£50 for each guarantor (if applicable)

For student tenancies/properties

£89 per applicant/room (including guarantor paperwork if applicable)

Additional pet deposit

In some cases an additional deposit may be required

Renewal

£100 will be payable each time the tenancy is extended
